You might recognise this
My child just isn't themselves lately.
The meltdowns are getting harder to reach.
They say they're fine, but I can tell they're not.
School has quietly become a daily battle.
If any of this sounds familiar, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.
What care looks like here.
Our child specialists use play therapy, art therapy, and CBT adapted for younger minds. They work with both the child and, where helpful, the parents, because children heal in the context of their relationships.
And the care doesn't stop when the session ends. The Calm+ app stays with you in between, daily mood check-ins, private journaling, and Calm AI whenever you need to talk things through, so your next session picks up right where you left off.
Who this is for
What we help with
Whatever you're carrying, there's a place to start.
Anxiety & Worry
School anxiety, separation anxiety, social fears, children experience anxiety differently, and they need a therapist who gets that.
Low Mood
A child who's lost their spark, who doesn't want to play anymore, or who cries without being able to say why.
Exam Stress
The pressure to perform lands hard on students. We help them manage it rather than be crushed by it.
ADHD Support
Structure, coping strategies, and self-understanding for children with attention difficulties, and support for parents too.
Behavioural Challenges
Aggression, defiance, and outbursts are often a form of communication. Therapy helps decode them.
Adolescent Identity
Teenagers figuring out who they are, identity, sexuality, belonging. A non-judgmental therapist makes that safer.
Grief & Loss
Children grieve differently. A pet, a grandparent, a divorce. Therapy helps them process loss at their own pace.
Family Change
Divorce, relocation, a new sibling. Children often absorb the stress of family transitions. Therapy helps them find stability.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
The first intro call is free, so you and your child can meet the therapist with no pressure. Your first full session is ₹799, and after that you'll see each session's price before you book.
What ages do you work with?
Roughly 4 to 17. The younger the child, the more the work happens through play, drawing and games rather than sitting and talking things out.
Are sessions online?
Yes, over video. For younger kids, the therapist will tell you how to set things up at home so your child feels at ease.
Will my child have to talk about difficult things?
Not necessarily right away. Child therapists are trained to meet children where they are, through play, drawing, or just talking about day-to-day life.
Will I know what happens in sessions?
Your therapist will keep you informed about themes and progress, while maintaining the child's trust. The balance depends on the child's age.
What if my child doesn't want to go?
That's very common. Many children warm up once they've met the therapist. A free intro call can help break the ice.
