You might recognise this
I'm tired of explaining my identity before therapy even starts.
My situation needs someone who actually gets the context.
There are things I've never felt able to bring up with a therapist.
I want to be understood, not just managed.
If any of this sounds familiar, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.
What care looks like here.
Our specialist roster includes professionals with advanced training in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, perinatal mental health, psychosexual therapy, palliative support, and clinical supervision. You'll never be asked to educate your therapist on who you are.
And the care doesn't stop when the session ends. The Calm+ app stays with you in between, daily mood check-ins, private journaling, and Calm AI whenever you need to talk things through, so your next session picks up right where you left off.
Who this is for
What we help with
Whatever you're carrying, there's a place to start.
LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Care
A space where you don't have to explain your identity before getting to what you came to talk about. Our therapists are trained in affirmative, non-pathologising care.
Sexual Wellness & Intimacy
Desire that's faded, performance anxiety, pain, or a disconnect you can't raise anywhere else. A psychosexual specialist treats it as health, not embarrassment.
Chronic & Terminal Illness
Living with an ongoing or life-limiting illness changes everything. Psychological support helps you cope, adapt, and find meaning alongside medical care.
Grief & Bereavement
There's no right way to grieve. Our specialists meet you wherever you are in the process, weeks, months, or years after a loss.
Geriatric Mental Health
Older adults face distinct challenges: isolation, cognitive changes, end-of-life questions. Specialised care helps.
Clinical Supervision for Professionals
Mental health professionals need support too. Individual and group supervision with experienced supervisors, including research guidance.

Common questions
How much does a session cost?
Your first one is ₹799, with someone trained for your specific situation. You'll see the price of later sessions in your dashboard before you book.
Are sessions online?
Yes, over video, so you can find the right specialist even if they aren't in your city.
How do I find the right specialist?
Tell us what you're dealing with in the assessment, or just book, and we'll point you to someone who works with exactly that. You won't have to explain your whole life from scratch.
What does "affirmative care" mean in practice?
It means your therapist starts from a position of accepting and affirming your identity, not questioning it, not trying to change it. You come to work on your mental health, not to defend who you are.
Can I get support during pregnancy if I'm already anxious?
Absolutely. Prenatal anxiety is common and very treatable. Early support often prevents more serious postnatal difficulties.
I'm a therapist, is supervision confidential?
Yes. Clinical supervision follows the same confidentiality standards as therapy.
